Our Mission

At Ellira, we aim to make your favourite clothes because you deserve the best <3

Ellira is more than just a brand; we’re a community that celebrates individuality, style and self expression. Our mission is to empower women to feel confident and beautiful in what they wear. We’re committed to creating quality clothing that inspires creativity!

Who We Are

We are a small business based out of Bengaluru, Karnataka. We design and produce clothes for everyone, regardless of shape or size. At the core of our operations, we prioritise being sustainable and ethical at every stage.

Ellira addresses the issue of fast fashion for budget-conscious consumers by providing a solution through widely inclusive, affordable, and sustainable clothing options. We achieve this by utilising locally sourced materials and collaborating closely with local artisans!

Our clothes are produced through a network of local suppliers and tailors, we practice slow fashion by adopting a made-to-order production structure, avoiding excess production and waste.

Our Founder

Priya Srinivas is the founder and designer of Ellira. A storyteller at heart, she brings together her love for fabric, design, and slow living to create clothing that feels personal and thoughtful. Her work is rooted in her belief that fashion can be both beautiful and responsible — a space where creativity meets care.

"Some of my most treasured memories are of quiet afternoons with my mother — sifting through piles of fabric in small shops, choosing prints, picking shades of dye, and waiting patiently while our tailor brought it all to life. It wasn’t fast, or trendy, or about keeping up. It was intimate, joyful, and deeply rooted in care.

That quiet ritual — full of creativity, slowness, and love — stayed with me.

Years later, it’s what led me to create Ellira.

Ellira was born from a longing — for clothes that felt like home, for a process that honoured people, and for a brand that saw beauty in difference. I started it because I couldn’t find clothes that truly fit me, that embraced my shape and felt good on my skin. I was my first customer. What I made for myself soon became something others connected with too.

As the founder of Ellira, I carry with me not just a love for fabric and design, but a deep respect for the hands that make them. I believe in fashion that tells a story — one of sustainability, creativity, and connection. At its heart, Ellira is about slowing down: embracing tradition, celebrating individuality, and making space for conscious choices in a world that often feels rushed.

My vision for Ellira goes beyond clothing. I want her to be a thriving ecosystem — a space where local artisans and tailors find meaningful work, where sustainability is more than a buzzword, and where conscious consumers can feel part of something intentional. Through Ellira, I hope to make sustainable fashion not just a privilege, but something that is accessible, inclusive, and filled with joy.

Outside of work, I’m most myself when surrounded by books, films, and art — or walking among trees with my dog by my side. Nature grounds me, stories inspire me, and Ellira is my way of bringing those worlds together — into something tangible, beautiful, and deeply human."
