Made-to-Order
All our garments are made-to-order. We begin crafting your piece only after your order is confirmed. Please allow up to 15 working days for processing and dispatch. -
Order Volume & Delays
During periods of high demand, your order may take a little longer. We ask for your patience and recommend allowing a few additional days for delivery. -
Updates
If there’s any anticipated delay, we’ll reach out via email or phone to keep you informed.
Returns & Exchanges

Because each piece is handcrafted in small batches, we currently do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as size or change of mind.

Returns are only accepted if the product you receive is defective or damaged.

To request a return, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at shop.ellira@gmail.com, along with your order details and a photo of the product.
Refunds & Store Credit

Once a return is approved, we will issue you store credit for the value of your purchase.

Store credit can be used on any future Ellira order and does not expire.
