Thank you for choosing Ellira! Each piece is handcrafted with care, and we want your experience to feel just as thoughtful.

Shipping

  • Made-to-Order
    All our garments are made-to-order. We begin crafting your piece only after your order is confirmed. Please allow up to 15 working days for processing and dispatch.

  • Order Volume & Delays
    During periods of high demand, your order may take a little longer. We ask for your patience and recommend allowing a few additional days for delivery.

  • Updates
    If there’s any anticipated delay, we’ll reach out via email or phone to keep you informed.

Returns & Exchanges

  • Because each piece is handcrafted in small batches, we currently do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as size or change of mind.

  • Returns are only accepted if the product you receive is defective or damaged.

  • To request a return, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at shop.ellira@gmail.com, along with your order details and a photo of the product.

Refunds & Store Credit

  • Once a return is approved, we will issue you store credit for the value of your purchase.

  • Store credit can be used on any future Ellira order and does not expire.

  • We do not offer cash refunds at this time.
